個人簡介: | Paulina Villalobos在位于智利北部的阿卡塔馬沙漠長大,這是世界上最干燥的地方,接受著異常強烈的太陽輻射,同時也擁有便于天文觀測的清澈天空……也許這都是Paulina迷戀上“光”的伏筆。Paulina畢業(yè)于智利大學(xué)建筑學(xué)院,在某次設(shè)計大賽中憑借一個文化中心的建筑項目脫穎而出,此后便在圣地亞哥開始了三年的建筑師生涯。隨著經(jīng)驗的積累,她漸漸發(fā)現(xiàn)光在建筑中的重要性,開始輾轉(zhuǎn)日本、德國和瑞典,尋求系統(tǒng)、專業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)。幾年后她回到智利,成立自己的燈光工作室DIAV(Dise?o Iluminación Arquitectura Verde),專注燈光設(shè)計和能源顧問。

Her works have received awards in France, Spain, China, USA, UK, Singapore, Denmark and Chile. In parallel to DIAV related activities, Paulina Villalobos has worked in relevant projects and played related roles, such as: ? Director of Revista CA, the official publication of the Chamber of Chilean Architects 2005–2008. ? Co-founder and Designer of Luxia Lighting team on the design of innovation award winning products such as TheAnemix and ”Clap” ? Currently, collaborates with the Sniffr initiative as a Mentor, in Singapore. ? Part of the team who write the “Chilean Lighting Regulation” for indoor spaces. Wrote the chapter of “outdoor lighting” for the “Chilean Guide for Sustainable Public Places” ? Shes also is the Founder and Director of the Noche Zero initiative, which seeks to improve the future of the urban lighting, designing light for clean dark sky. ? The Noche Zero initiative has received ample recognition in the United States and Denmark, and is ed among the official events organised by UN for IYL 2015 (International Year of Light). Noche Zeros main objective is to disseminate and promote the importance of urban lighting design, and the preservation of starry skies, linking design, science and heritage, to improve the future of lighting in cities. Recognised as an enthusiastic international speaker, Paulina is currently the main lecturer of the Lighting for Architects course at University of Chile, and has been invited to conferences in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Chile, Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, United States, and Singapore. |

DIAV Lighting:Architectural Lighting Design practice focus on create interior and outdoor lighting schemes based on natural light experiences and conceptual artificial lighting possibilities, using digital tools to create a better built environment, where light and darkness are important aspects of healthy and inspiring environment. We also create light installations to explore reactions and emotions lighting to the people. |
