照明技術(shù)指標(biāo)
1、燈桿采用優(yōu)質(zhì)Q215優(yōu)質(zhì)焊管，直徑114mm，厚度3.0mm,光源距地4.5米。
2、燈桿的全長直線度誤差不超過2‰，整體造型美觀, 表面光潔。
3、燈桿基礎(chǔ)法蘭盤采用Q235優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板，230mm*230mm厚度14mm，對(duì)角中心距230mm，法蘭與桿體之間正、反面滿焊，焊接可靠、牢固，無焊接缺陷， 通過螺栓安裝在基礎(chǔ)上
4、燈桿電氣檢修門與桿體渾然一體，門邊縫隙應(yīng)小于2毫米，具備良好的防水性能。燈桿電氣檢修門內(nèi)配有接地及安裝斷路器裝置。
5、燈桿整體熱鍍鋅后表面靜電噴塑處理,表面防紫外線, 防腐抗酸堿, 噴塑后表面色澤一致，無脫落現(xiàn)象, 表面噴塑保持時(shí)間長。
6、螺絲、螺母采用不銹鋼材質(zhì)（地腳螺絲、螺母除外）。
7、燈頭材質(zhì)為高壓鑄鋁燈體，中間鏤空，抗沖擊，使用壽命長，尺寸按圖紙要求，誤差正負(fù)10毫米以內(nèi)視為滿足要求。表面經(jīng)尼龍輪拋光、鉻化處理后靜電噴涂高溫固化處理，防腐性能好。透光罩采用光學(xué)級(jí)PC材料，耐高溫、耐老化。采用高品質(zhì)硅橡膠密封圈，防塵性能好。光源額定功率為45W.電源采用國際知名品牌，防護(hù)等級(jí)：IP65。防觸電保護(hù)等級(jí)：1類

3. Q235 high quality steel plate is adopted for the flange plate of lamp pole foundation, 230mm * 230mm thickness 14mm, diagonal center distance 230mm, the front and back sides between the flange and pole body are fully welded, the welding is reliable and firm, and there is no welding defect. It is installed on the foundation through bolts
4. The light pole electrical inspection and repair door is integrated with the pole body, and the gap at the door edge shall be less than 2mm, with good waterproof performance. The lamp pole electrical access door is equipped with grounding and installation of circuit breaker device.
5. After hot-dip galvanizing, the surface of the lamp post is treated by electrostatic spraying. The surface is UV resistant, anti-corrosion and acid-base resistant. The color of the surface after spraying is consistent without falling off. The surface of the lamp post is sprayed for a long time.
6. Screws and nuts shall be made of stainless steel (except anchor screws and nuts).
7. The lamp cap is made of high-pressure cast aluminum lamp body, hollow in the dle, impact resistant, long service life, and the size is in accordance with the drawing requirements. The error within 10 mm is deemed to meet the requirements. The surface is polished by nylon wheel and ome treated by electrostatic spraying and cured at high temperature, with good corrosion resistance. The transparent cover is made of optical grade PC material, which is resistant to high temperature and aging. High quality silicone rubber sealing ring, good dustproof performance. The rated power of the light source is 45W. The power supply adopts international famous brand, and the protection grade is IP65. Protection level against electric shock: Class 1
