　　項目簡介

紅山6979項目坐落于龍華區(qū)深圳北站商務(wù)中心區(qū)，總建筑面積約348193㎡，商業(yè)組成約10萬㎡，容積率≤1.77，綠化覆蓋率40%。這座公園式的商業(yè)綜合體，由美國LLA和SWA擔(dān)綱建筑設(shè)計及景觀設(shè)計，在建筑上，通過視覺以及環(huán)境內(nèi)部之間的聯(lián)系，與城市建立生活共識與文化認(rèn)同，開放式的空間，與建筑巧妙交融，保留了不設(shè)上限的天空，陽光與空氣，于此呈現(xiàn)不同的建筑感觀。在景觀上，公園景觀大道，中心演繹廣場，讓生態(tài)與生活兼容；臺地式綠化廣場，自由陽光草坪，詮釋恬淡意境；鏡面水景、閱讀臺階、裙樓花園，營造舒適高尚生活；演藝館、美術(shù)館、圖書館、展覽館零距離，致力于打造深圳新的文化藝術(shù)體驗空間。

整個地塊以低密度商業(yè)聯(lián)結(jié)，具有非常好的空間層次與平面流線布局。公寓、辦公、酒店等高層建筑都為50米高，各個建筑之間風(fēng)格類似，但又有各自特色。
DASUN通過融合、友好、共生的照明設(shè)計理念實現(xiàn)建筑本身統(tǒng)一、對比、呼應(yīng)的關(guān)系，共同呈現(xiàn)建筑立面燈光效果。內(nèi)街圍繞著下沉廣場，低密度商業(yè)形成非常好的街巷氛圍，同時相互聯(lián)結(jié)的平臺、橋梁也使空間更錯落有致，運(yùn)用室內(nèi)外燈光結(jié)合提高一致性，更為融洽的光環(huán)境氛圍，建筑立面的暖色燈光則柔和親人，相互之間不同線條燈顏色變化調(diào)整人們的情緒，增加幸福感，展示紅山6979的文化藝術(shù)燈光氛圍，人們在內(nèi)能形成友好的對話交流。

　　照明技術(shù)指標(biāo)

根據(jù)項目中建筑屬性及功能，我們將其劃分為四個亮度等級：第一級是展覽館和演藝館，第二級是商業(yè)及地鐵入口區(qū)域，第三級是辦公塔樓，第四級是酒店和公寓。

本次設(shè)計均采用LED節(jié)能燈具

　　節(jié)能措施及效果

本方案采用智能控制的方法，輔以自動、手動控制，并實行節(jié)假日模式、平常模式和午夜模式的分級控制手法。將整個照明系統(tǒng)通過智能模塊和可編程控制面板，對每個回路的燈具進(jìn)行控制。
主要有以下優(yōu)勢：
1、智能照明控制，采用低壓二次小信號控制，控制功能強(qiáng)、方式多、范圍廣、自動化程度高。通過實現(xiàn)場景的預(yù)設(shè)置和記憶功能，操作時只需要按一下控制面板上的某一個鍵即可啟動一個燈光場景（各照明回路不同的明暗搭配組合成一種燈光效果）各照明回路隨即各自變化到相應(yīng)的狀態(tài)。
2、智能化控制系統(tǒng)可實現(xiàn)能源管理自動化，通過分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)，只需一臺計算機(jī)即可實現(xiàn)對照明的管理。
3、智能照明系統(tǒng)由于使用自動化照明控制手段，減少了不必要的耗電開支；同時降低了相當(dāng)?shù)倪\(yùn)行維護(hù)費(fèi)用，智能照明控制系統(tǒng)比傳統(tǒng)開關(guān)控制節(jié)點可達(dá)20%-50%以上。
4、智能照明控制系統(tǒng)，可將照明燈具上的光源經(jīng)過調(diào)光模塊控制和調(diào)整，因此電源質(zhì)量較高，可以避免電網(wǎng)沖擊電壓和浪涌電壓，因此，由于引入了軟啟動和軟關(guān)斷技術(shù)，可延長燈具壽命2-4倍。
5、智能照明系統(tǒng)是由模塊連接負(fù)載，而控制面板與模塊是用數(shù)據(jù)線連接，大大減少傳統(tǒng)布線開支；同時，大功率模塊均配備過載保護(hù)開關(guān)，完全可以取代傳統(tǒng)的照明柜，不必增加額外開支，通過智能控制系統(tǒng)打造成一個美觀、節(jié)能、綠色、環(huán)保的燈光工程。
