　　項(xiàng)目簡介

紅山6979項(xiàng)目坐落于龍華區(qū)深圳北站商務(wù)中心區(qū)，總建筑面積約348193㎡，商業(yè)組成約10萬㎡，容積率≤1.77，綠化覆蓋率40%。這座公園式的商業(yè)綜合體，由美國LLA和SWA擔(dān)綱建筑設(shè)計(jì)及景觀設(shè)計(jì)，在建筑上，通過視覺以及環(huán)境內(nèi)部之間的聯(lián)系，與城市建立生活共識與文化認(rèn)同，開放式的空間，與建筑巧妙交融，保留了不設(shè)上限的天空，陽光與空氣，于此呈現(xiàn)不同的建筑感觀。在景觀上，公園景觀大道，中心演繹廣場，讓生態(tài)與生活兼容；臺(tái)地式綠化廣場，自由陽光草坪，詮釋恬淡意境；鏡面水景、閱讀臺(tái)階、裙樓花園，營造舒適高尚生活；演藝館、美術(shù)館、圖書館、展覽館零距離，致力于打造深圳新的文化藝術(shù)體驗(yàn)空間。

整個(gè)地塊以低密度商業(yè)聯(lián)結(jié)，具有非常好的空間層次與平面流線布局。公寓、辦公、酒店等高層建筑都為50米高，各個(gè)建筑之間風(fēng)格類似，但又有各自特色。

　　照明技術(shù)指標(biāo)

根據(jù)項(xiàng)目中建筑屬性及功能，我們將其劃分為四個(gè)亮度等級：第一級是展覽館和演藝館，第二級是商業(yè)及地鐵入口區(qū)域，第三級是辦公塔樓，第四級是酒店和公寓。

本次設(shè)計(jì)均采用LED節(jié)能燈具

　　節(jié)能措施及效果

本方案采用智能控制的方法，輔以自動(dòng)、手動(dòng)控制，并實(shí)行節(jié)假日模式、平常模式和午夜模式的分級控制手法。將整個(gè)照明系統(tǒng)通過智能模塊和可編程控制面板，對每個(gè)回路的燈具進(jìn)行控制。
主要有以下優(yōu)勢：
1、智能照明控制，采用低壓二次小信號控制，控制功能強(qiáng)、方式多、范圍廣、自動(dòng)化程度高。通過實(shí)現(xiàn)場景的預(yù)設(shè)置和記憶功能，操作時(shí)只需要按一下控制面板上的某一個(gè)鍵即可啟動(dòng)一個(gè)燈光場景（各照明回路不同的明暗搭配組合成一種燈光效果）各照明回路隨即各自變化到相應(yīng)的狀態(tài)。
