項目位于二道白河鎮，是長白山保護開發區北坡的門戶，具有獨特的區位和資源優勢，項目總投資12.66億元人民幣，建設用地面積為60公頃的產業園項目。項目與自然和諧共生，展示長白山特有的文化，一年四季給多元群體提供多姿多彩的體驗，通過對景觀和建筑的塑造，與夜間景觀亮化效果相結合，凸顯出整體產業園獨特觀賞效果，來展示長白山特有的自然和人文景觀。

節能措施及效果
本次照明設計全部采用 LED 燈產品，LED 產品光效高、耗電少，壽命長、易控制、免維護、安全環保;是新一代固體冷光源，光色柔和、艷麗、豐富多彩、低損耗、低能耗，綠色環保。不降低照明質量的前提下，力求減少照明系統中光能的損失，從而最大限度的利用光能。 LED 燈是新一代照明光源。相比普通節能燈，LED 燈環保不含汞，可回收再利用，功率小，高光效，長壽命，即開即亮，耐頻繁開關，光衰小，色彩豐富，可調光，變幻豐富。 采用高光效，低功耗壽命長色彩豐富的LED冷光源，高透光率小角度PMMA透鏡，針對不同被照物體，選擇不同的出光角度，有效的避免光源的浪費及眩光.改進燈具控制方式，采用分時段控制模式，科學設計避免不必要的用燈浪費。

項目實際運行評價
2020年07月全部調試完工，運行良好。所有燈具采用低能耗的LED燈帶，燈具能耗低，使用壽命長；控制方式采用時控器控制，人工/自動切換方便，操作簡單。
