項(xiàng)目簡介
該項(xiàng)目為高端住宅，本次設(shè)計(jì)主要針對小區(qū)大門和售樓中心進(jìn)行燈光設(shè)計(jì)，風(fēng)格為氣勢恢宏的新中式建筑，利用夜景燈光賦予建筑琴、棋、書、畫四大元素，打破傳統(tǒng)中式建筑燈光表達(dá)手法，利用混色、撞色等方式，呈現(xiàn)獨(dú)特新穎的夜景效果。
The project is a high-end residential building. This design mainly focuses on the lighting design of the gate and sales center of the community. The magnificent new Chinese style building uses the night lighting to endow the building with four elements: Piano, chess, calligraphy and painting. It breaks the traditional Chinese architectural lighting expression, and uses color mixing, color contrast and other ways to present a unique and novel night scene effect.

照明技術(shù)指標(biāo)
1、采用OSRAM等知名品牌芯片，保證燈具壽命，減小光衰；
2、燈體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁材搭配3mm鋼化玻璃，表面戶外噴涂處理；
3、燈體全灌膠防水結(jié)構(gòu)，水進(jìn)水出設(shè)計(jì)，配合專業(yè)防水公母頭，以保證戶外長時間使用的防水要求；
4、透鏡采用進(jìn)口PC材料，透光率高達(dá)93%，對稱及非對稱配光選擇，滿足不同應(yīng)用場景需求；
5、智能控制IC定電流驅(qū)動電路設(shè)計(jì)，高可靠度，保證LED超長壽命；
6、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DMX控制協(xié)議，滿足多種光源顏色方案，實(shí)現(xiàn)炫彩變化效果；
7、燈具采用橡膠線中間出線的方式，燈具底部線槽藏線，讓燈具能串接更多，讓施工安裝更加簡易便捷。

6. The standard DMX control protocol can meet the requirements of various light source color schemes and realize the effect of dazzling color change;
7. The lamp adopts the way of rubber wire outgoing in the dle, and the line is hidden in the bottom slot of the lamp, so that the lamp can be connected in series more, and the construction and installation is more simple and convenient.

節(jié)能措施及效果
通過對夜景細(xì)分回路設(shè)計(jì)、合理控制，首先設(shè)定必要的琴、棋、書、畫組合效果，再進(jìn)行平日模式、節(jié)日模式以及入夜模式和深夜模式的劃分。既能滿足預(yù)期創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)效果，又能達(dá)到節(jié)約能源的目的。
Through the design and reasonable control of the night scene subdivision circuit, the necessary combination effects of piano, chess, calligraphy and painting are set first, and then the weekday mode, festival mode, night mode and late night mode are divided. It can not only meet the expected creative design effect, but also achieve the purpose of saving energy.

本案設(shè)計(jì)中，全部采用高效節(jié)能型LED產(chǎn)品，功率大小適中，控制燈具使用數(shù)量，細(xì)分回路，實(shí)現(xiàn)集中控制

項(xiàng)目實(shí)際運(yùn)行評價(jià)
在滿足客戶對效果的需求的同時，充分考慮前期工程投入成本和后期運(yùn)營成本問題，總體工程投入成本未超過60萬。后期配合控制系統(tǒng)在實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期效果的前提下，能耗大大降低，維護(hù)成本低維修及其方便。
While meeting the needs of customers for the effect, the investment cost of the early stage project and the later operation cost are fully considered, and the total project investment cost is less than 600000. On the premise of achieving the expected effect, the later cooperation control system can greatly reduce energy consumption, low maintenance cost and convenient maintenance.
